Our Approach

​

We approach each assignment as a fully fledged project. As such we ensure we understand the scope and budget assigned to us, and make sure that there is an assessment with the team to ensure that planning, application, monitoring and budgeting takes place in terms of a structure and the needs of the client.

Extract of Projects

  • Infrastructure development: trained and mentored sub-contractors on National Urban Renewal Programme in South Africa over period of 6 months. Programme included business and project management skills development.​

  • Built environment: trained and mentored group of sub-contractors on behalf of major construction company in South Africa over a period of 6 months.

  • Skills development programme: together with Productivity SA designed evaluation tools to address skills gap within a major municipality in South Africa. Project included the data collection, interviews, observation and reporting to the Municipal Manager and team.

  • Gas reticulation for housing projects; included project planning, documentation and negotiation, costing and budgeting, liaison with stakeholders, monitoring and reporting.

  • Manufacturing (Plastic Injection Moulding): facilitated move to larger facility to achieve increased production, mentoring of next generation management, product and market development, and instituting performance management systems.

  • Wood product manufacturing: successfully managed joinery department during transition period for 24 months, increasing turnover by 15%, increased market development, new product development and team stability.

  • As part of a technical team, responsible for the commercialization of projects. Researched German-speaking countries, successfully developed product with South African partners, developed business model and successfully attracted funding.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation of projects: design and application of various data collection tools, data analysis and reporting on major projects within the public sector and financial services sector in South Africa.
